Manufacturing Talent Development Institute’s CPT Instructor Class
The Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) Certified Production Technician (CPT) designation is the foundational industry standard for manufacturing companies, power generation facilities and other industry settings where knowledge of safety, maintenance, quality and production processes are vital to survival and success. This three-day class prepares educators, shop foremen, supervisors, HR and plant personnel to deliver the Career Source Florida Essentials and Fundamentals curriculum developed by the Manufacturing Talent Development Institute and administer the MSSC battery of four tests leading to the CPT certification. Class is 3 days.

Analytical Trouble Shooting
Increase the operating efficiency of your production environment by developing troubleshooting expertise. Analytical Trouble Shooting (ATSSM) integrates quality and productivity efforts, and provides a logical framework for statistical process control, lean manufacturing, six sigma, total productive maintenance, self-managed work teams, and other programs. Not tied to a specific machine or process, ATS helps troubleshooters solve problems in the production environments of today—and tomorrow. Limited to 15.

Content of instruction includes: RSLogix levels 1 – , RSNetworx, ControlLogix, FactoryTalk View SE, PowerFlex, PID Loop, DeviceNet, EtherNet/ IP Design and Troubleshooting.
Registered Apprenticeship Programs
Electrical Instrumentation and Automation Technicians (EIA) and Maintenance Mechanics/Millwrights with specialized curriculum aimed at preparing a skilled, flexible and agile multi-skilled workforce.
Industrial Instrumentation Classes
These classes are designed for individuals with varying ranges of experience in the field of Instrumentation. The Advanced manufacturing Institute offers the only training of this kind and scale in the state of Florida. All classes are taught with a portion of hands-on-training utilizing our in-house Process Training Unit (PTU). Using our unique training format, individuals can not only apply theory taught in the classroom via our PTU, but students can share experiences and problems they have encountered in the field with others in the industry from different plants and factories. This open discussion training format is ideal in refining employee’s technical skills.
